My Low-Stress, Balanced, Science-Backed Diet Plan for Skin Health and Longevity

I used to stress out about food. A lot. Especially after my melanoma diagnosis two years ago.

I would worry if I were eating enough of the right foods each day to support my body's natural healing process.

How could I incorporate all the knowledge I gleaned from my research into a meal plan and still have time to live my life?

The spreadsheet on this page is the result of my research and trial and error. I have listed all the reasons for being, calories, protein, cost per serving and links to what I use.

I know the companies that can be trusted because of my experience in the industry and knowledge of organic practices in food production.

Feel free to download it and use it as you see fit. Just sign up on the homepage or above and you will get free access.

I was pretty strict on this diet for a few months but now I eat this way when I am not travelling. That is when I stray a bit but still revolve around the main concepts of the plan, e.g. eat a lot of broccoli and berries.

I am an open book, I believe in transparency in all things, especially health and the supplement industry.

Join my newsletter to hear about updates I'm making to the plan.

My next addition will be broccoli sprouts, stay tuned for best practices and how to eat them and not gag. Ha!

With love and health,

Liza
